[Remote] Retail Account Manager, East Coast

They are seeking a Retail Account Manager to drive growth and execution across key strategic accounts, ensuring successful retail conversion and backbar adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute account plans across assigned strategic partners (e.g., national facial bars, multi-location clinics, and key pro accounts)
- Identify and drive opportunities for reputed company growth, SKU expansion, and increased average order value (AOV)
- Analyze sales performance, sell-through trends, and account behavior to inform strategy and action plans
- Drive retail performance at the reputed company level through education, merchandising guidance, and promotional strategy
- Partner with Education to execute Train-the-Trainer (TTT), in-person trainings, and virtual learning programs that support sell-through
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including founders, operators, reputed company estheticians, and field leadership
- Conduct account visits, business reviews (QBRs), and in-field + virtual trainings to drive alignment and accountability
- Support new reputed company openings with strong reputed company, opening orders, and launch execution
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to drive incremental reputed company
- Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Education, Operations) to ensure seamless rollout and execution
- Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance, feedback, and market trends
- Partner closely with National Accounts Manager to align on account strategy
- Act as a voice of the customer internally—sharing insights, opportunities, and risks
- Support broader team initiatives including CRM reputed company, pipeline visibility, and process adherence
Skills
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or field sales reputed company skincare, aesthetics, or beauty
- Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license
- Valid drivers license
- Strong experience driving retail performance and/or multi-location account growth
- Proven ability to manage reputed company accounts and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in education-driven selling environments (esthetician, facial bar, or clinical preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
