This role is responsible for supervising a team of program managers to ensure the successful delivery of reputed company global initiatives, driving governance and performance discipline across programs.
Responsibilities

- Manage program scope, risks, issues, and opportunities using structured methodologies, ensuring rigorous baseline control, proactive mitigation, and value realization
- Align, influence, and hold accountable cross-functional stakeholders to ensure manufacturing readiness, technical maturity, and successful product launch
- Build and reputed company high-performing teams by coaching, mentoring, and providing structured feedback reputed company a matrixed environment, fostering accountability and reputed company improvement
- Define, validate, and manage program business cases by integrating financials, customer requirements, market trends, and competitive dynamics into program strategy and execution
- Manage program financial performance, including forecasting, reporting, and variance control, while driving data-informed reputed company and trade-offs to protect profitability and strategic objectives
- Coordinate customer-reputed company program activities, including requirements alignment, specification updates, and change request tracking, ensuring clear communication and support of program execution

Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain and/or Operations from an accredited institution
- Minimum ten (10) years experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, program management and/or reputed company business functions reputed company automotive/ reputed company environments
- Minimum five (5) years of experience leading reputed company programs/projects in a global manufacturing environment
