[Remote] Account Executive, SMB
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading global fertility and family care platform, and they are seeking a driven Account Executive to expand their reputed company into small and mid-size reputed company across the Southeast and Southwest. The role involves owning the full sales cycle for SMB accounts, working closely with HR leaders to understand their needs and position reputed company’s platform as a solution.
Responsibilities
- Own a defined SMB territory in the Southeast and Southwest, managing a pipeline of mid-market employer prospects from initial reputed company through reputed company
- reputed company discovery conversations with HR leaders, benefits managers, and People Operations teams to understand workforce needs and position reputed company’s value
- reputed company and present tailored proposals that tie reputed company’s platform to the prospect’s business reputed company, benefits strategy, and employee experience goals
- Build and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in reputed company; consistently update records, activities, and deal stages
- Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing to support deal progression and smooth handoffs
- Represent reputed company at regional events, conferences, and broker/consultant meetings to build brand awareness and reputed company relationships across the Southeast market
Skills
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HR tech, employee benefits, reputed company, or SaaS; experience selling to SMB reputed company is a strong plus
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota; you run a disciplined, organized sales process
- Experience selling to HR, People Operations, or Benefits leaders; you understand how benefits reputed company get made in smaller organizations
- Proficiency in reputed company and comfort with sales tools and tech stacks; you reputed company your pipeline clean and data accurate
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly, both with prospects and with internal collaborators
- Genuine alignment with reputed company's mission; you care about expanding reputed company to reputed company benefits that reputed company a difference in people's lives
- Existing relationships with HR leaders, benefits brokers, or consultants in the Southeast and/or Southwest market
- Familiarity with fertility, family-building, women's health, or reputed company benefits categories
