[Remote] Account Manager - VSD

They are seeking an Account Manager - VSD to contribute to the growth of established accounts reputed company the Yearbook Division by providing exemplary customer service and account management while deepening distribution penetration with reputed company customers.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and deliver localized school reputed company/marketing plans and delivering content consistent with company marketing/reputed company strategies
• Manage JNET enrollments, school lists, CMP email campaigns, Exact reputed company emails, Plan and Promote emails, and YBA coverage reports
• Advance sales by increasing copy count and ad reputed company, reputed company existing accounts using digital, reputed company, and in-school marketing
• Regularly pull reports, reputed company dashboards and monitor reputed company of copy sales, ad sales, and list status. Then adjust marketing efforts accordingly
• Prioritize and reputed company reputed company involving customer communications, various deadlines, and school page creation support in a timely manner to strengthen on time yearbook production
• Assist with and monitor reputed company of cover specs, reputed company, and renewals
• Layout Pro and reputed company creation technical and creative support to enhance customer production experience
• Help upload portraits, reputed company portrait pages, reputed company Index pages, and reputed company ads
• Initiate and conduct regular planning phone calls with assigned Reps to discuss and plan reputed company and upcoming projects and tasks; execute on those projects and tasks; track the results; and report status/reputed company back to the Reps
• Assist and manage ongoing adviser communication through email/phone calls on behalf of the Reps using VSD Team best practices and annual task reputed company
• Organize and coordinate cover specifications, production specifications, workshops, contests, adviser surveys, and other detailed projects

Skills

• 3+ years' experience in successful customer relations
• Associates degree in a business or service field, or combination of education and equivalent experience
• Proficient in reputed company InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat, with the ability to learn and master job-specific business software
• Ability to pass internet remote speed test requirements for remote work and ability to use computer regularly for reputed company scheduled hours
• Ability to maintain precise and reputed company printing and yearbook product knowledge
• Follows policy and procedures, with ability and willingness to assume mentor/train role for new hires
• Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
• Excellent decision-making skills, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to produce excellent work with limited supervision in a virtual environment
