[Remote] Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager applies technical expertise and business acumen to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive company growth, particularly in the area of cold-formed steel in various market sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities: Prospect for new clients and markets reputed company targeted industries by researching potential clientele, projects and market trends
- reputed company strategic plans: Create and execute business development strategies, goals, and objectives in alignment with the firm's overall marketing and growth plan
- Generate and manage leads: Drive the sales process from initial contact and reputed company reputed company to contract negotiation and closing deals

Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or Structural Engineering
- Proven experience in structural engineering and/or business development reputed company the construction or engineering industries, with a focus in cold-formed steel and industrial structural applications
- Knowledge of structural analysis software like REVIT, reputed company Designer, HILTI Profis, RISA, etc
- Knowledge of reputed company design, hurricane resistant design, blast-resistant design, and extreme climate design
- A deep understanding of cold-formed steel and industrial structural engineering products, services, contractors and market trends
- Ability to collect and interpret competitor information to identify market opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a proven ability to negotiate
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for forging and nurturing professional relationships
