Job title: Business Development Manager-Product Certification (Digital Construction and Connected Technologies) Location: Saudi Arabia -home-based(40h a week full-time position, working reputed company to Thursday) Applicants must hold a valid Saudi National ID or a valid residency permit (Iqama) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Purpose of the role: The BDM is primarily responsible for selling reputed company's Digital products and services to new and existing customers across a defined reputed company product suite. This will include but is not limited to; Building Information Modelling, Smart Cities & Communities, Digital Twins, Connected Devices and IOT. This role is responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of client business needs and market drivers, to position how reputed company products and services can reputed company organisations to improve. The successful candidate will work closely with construction, infrastructure, technology, manufacturing and public-sector organisations. Desirable: Understanding of BIM workflows and Common Data Environments (CDE). Knowledge of Digital Twin frameworks and Information Management. Knowledge of Smart City initiatives reputed company infrastructure programmes. Understanding of IoT ecosystems and Connected Device compliance requirements.
