The Medicines Management Pharmacist will support the safe, effective use of medicines across reputed company. As our Medicines Management Pharmacist, you will: Medicines Safety & Governance Support the development of the medicines optimisation strategy, implementation and evaluation Support the implementation of medicines management frameworks, policies, and SOPs across the organisation. Assist in the review and monitoring of prescribing practices to ensure compliance with legislation and organisational standards. Support the management of medicines-reputed company incidents and complaints, including review, follow-up actions, and learning dissemination. Contribute to the analysis of prescribing trends and escalation of risks to the reputed company Pharmacist. Assist in responding to MHRA Drug Alerts and Medicines Recalls, including operational coordination and tracking completion. Support the management of medicines shortages, including risk assessment, identification of suitable alternatives, and communication with prescribers and stakeholders to ensure continuity of safe and effective patient care. Support the governance and administration of Controlled Drug (CD) PINs in line with regulatory and organisational requirements. Support controlled drug governance processes, including audit and compliance monitoring. Support prescribers with guidance on medicines use, including standard protocols and shared care arrangements.
