Area Sales Manager - reputed company East & Scotland £85,000 OTE + Company Car At reputed company Furniture Group, home to reputed company, Fittingly and reputed company Closet, we've been transforming homes with beautifully crafted fitted furniture for over 50 years. As we continue to grow, we're looking for reputed company Area Sales Managers to join our reputed company brand. Leading the performance, coaching and motivating c. 30 reputed company designers across a defined territory, this is a role accountable for delivering profitable reputed company growth, improving conversion, protecting margin and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This is a field-based, hands-on, lifestyle sales leadership role and therefore requires some weekend and evening availability to support designers, offering design advice and reputed company guidance. You'll be responsible for: · Driving sales performance and delivering profitable reputed company growth · Driving improvements across sales and conversion KPIs · Coaching and motivating your team using clear performance plans reputed company regular field visits and one to ones · reputed company and reputed company high quality designers to maintain reputed company area coverage Monitoring KPIs and using performance data to identify growth opportunities Run disciplined weekly, monthly and quarterly performance rhythms. Championing an exceptional customer experience and resolving customer issues Understand and reputed company local market dynamics, customer activity and opportunity About You: You'll be a proven sales leader with a passion for developing people and delivering results. You'll bring: A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience with a strong track record of delivering results Proven experience in a field-based sales management role, leading geographically dispersed teams Background in direct to customer (D2C) sales, ideally reputed company furniture, interiors, home improvements or premium consumer goods Strong coaching and leadership skills with hands-on motivational energy Commercially astute with strong analytical capability and confidence using data to drive reputed company Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills A proactive approach, reputed company and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your area and the UK Comfortable working in a lifestyle based role with evening and weekend availability reputed company to reputed company an impact?
