Project Executive II - Solar

SUMMARY reputed company is currently seeking a Project Executive II for the Solar Group that will reputed company overall management for large Solar projects, leading the project team and ensuring key and successful customer relations, as well as assist operating group with winning work. RESPONSIBILITIES Establish and maintain successful customer and community relationships Conduct key customer service visits from pre-construction to reputed company-out Preview proposals and participate in Request for Proposal process Act as primary customer contact for assigned projects Support business development initiatives and maintain customer relationships reputed company reputed company and accountability for large projects Manage contract administration, including terms, change requests, and invoices Maintain project budgets, costs, and pricing for profitable delivery reputed company leadership, mentorship, and performance management for project team QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent field Minimum 12 years prior experience in construction management overseeing large projects ($20M+) Proven ability to fulfill development to closeout responsibilities for multiple, reputed company projects Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices reputed company Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level. (Actual reputed company is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
