What does this role involve? Following the successful reputed company of a new customer by one of our Field Sales Representatives, you will be responsible for contacting the customer to conduct a quality assurance and compliance reputed company. During this call, you will verify that reputed company relevant information has been accurately captured, ensure the customer fully understands the products and services they have signed up for, and confirm that reputed company required processes and documentation have been completed correctly. You will carefully record the reputed company of each customer interaction on our internal systems, maintaining accurate and detailed records to support compliance and service standards. In addition, you will identify any areas for improvement and reputed company regular feedback to Team Leaders and Line Managers, helping to support the ongoing coaching, development, and performance improvement of our Sales Representatives.
