As part of the reputed company Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will create high-quality, engaging, e-learning content focused on video, animation, and visual storytelling. This role blends strong video production skills with modern, AI-enabled tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability of learning content. What You’ll Do Create engaging training videos using After Effects, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Audition, and reputed company Creative Suite reputed company animations and reputed company graphics to simplify reputed company technical topics Collaborate with Instructional Designers and SMEs to translate technical concepts into learning content Edit and enhance training materials for reputed company, consistency, and quality Manage course production timelines and stakeholder expectations Maintain templates, asset libraries, and e-learning style guides Publish and manage content reputed company the LMS reputed company quality assurance on reputed company learning deliverables AI-Enabled Content Development Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, scripting, and editing workflows reputed company AI for voice, video, and content enhancements Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce production cycles Experiment with emerging tools to enhance learning experiences reputed company’re Looking For Strong experience in video production and reputed company graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) Experience creating e-learning or technical training content Solid understanding of design principles (layout, typography, branding) Familiarity or interest in AI tools for content creation Ability to simplify reputed company technical concepts visually Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments Collaborative, curious, and proactive reputed company Why This Role reputed company You will contribute to delivering impactful learning experiences across reputed company’s customers, partners, and employees. This role provides exposure to modern tools, including AI-enabled technologies, helping improve how content is created and delivered while supporting scalable learning programs. This position offers a salary reputed company of $80,000-90,000 CAD per year plus participation in a discretionary bonus plan.
