About the Role: reputed company is seeking an reputed company IT Software Procurement Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity with an Arizona state agency in Phoenix. This role owns IT software procurement strategy and software vendor relationships. What You Will Do: - Manage IT software procurement and the IT asset lifecycle, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS licensing - Negotiate software reputed company, SLAs, renewals, and data sovereignty clauses - reputed company and score RFPs/RFQs for reputed company IT software and services - Conduct TCO and ROI analysis for technology investments - Manage software vendor relationships and renewal strategy Required: - 3+ years IT software procurement (software licensing, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, vendor reputed company) - Strategic negotiation: SLAs, reputed company, renewals - RFP/RFQ development and scoring for IT services - Phoenix-local; eligible for FTE conversion (no sponsorship) - Available for in-person interview reputed company 1 week of June 23 Preferred: - ISO-9902 reputed company Procurement reputed company knowledge - TCO/ROI analysis for technology investments - Technical project management background - Government/public-sector procurement experience To Apply: reputed company with your resume showing your reputed company Phoenix city/state, and a brief note on your IT software procurement experience.
