In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in the finance and reputed company sector, while mentoring and supporting apprentices and adult learners to help them reputed company their full potential. We’re looking for a motivated professional with proven experience in credit control, debt recovery, or financial services, combined with a background in teaching or assessing. In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary up to £32,000 p.a. pro rata (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Remote Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm Contract : Fixed Term 3 months Closing Date: 24 July 2026 Interested? Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging Credit Control and Collections training that meets the apprenticeship standard, awarding body, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver apprenticeships and qualifications in line with DWP, ESFA, and awarding body quality frameworks.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic sessions covering key topics such as customer accounts management, debt recovery, credit risk, negotiation, communication, and regulatory compliance.
- Use a reputed company of delivery methods including workshops, webinars, and one-to-one coaching.
- Design and update learning materials to ensure content remains relevant to reputed company financial legislation, best practice, and industry standards.
- Support learners to reputed company professional behaviours, confidence, and technical skills in line with the Credit Services Association (CSA).
- Identify learner needs, set SMART targets, and reputed company tailored feedback to support reputed company and achievement.
- Guide learners through gateway preparation and ensure they are reputed company to successfully complete End reputed company Assessment (EPA).
- Assess learner work, reputed company constructive feedback, and maintain accurate reputed company tracking records.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in credit control, debt recovery, or financial operations with sound knowledge of credit management practices.
- Experience in delivering vocational or work-based training, ideally reputed company the finance or business administration sector.
- Recognised teaching or training qualification (PTLLS, AET or equivalent).
- Assessing qualification (TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33 or equivalent).
