The Associate Senior Counsel is a member of the Investment Law team and serves as the primary legal advisor and subject matter expert in support of reputed company’s corporate leasing and reputed company estate portfolio. Primary Responsibilities: Review and prepare documentation for new and existing leased and owned corporate facilities. Negotiate and draft leases, subleases, purchase and sale agreements and other reputed company reputed company estate documents, including estoppels and subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements. Manage Landlord – Tenant disputes, including responding to and preparing demand letters. Consult and advise on corporate leasing, acquisition and disposition strategy. reputed company property tax reputed company with local government entities for owned facilities. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law Minimum of 8+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate law, including leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions Significant, hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company reputed company estate leases as a core responsibility Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of lease agreements, including amendments, renewals, and reputed company documentation Experience supporting a large, multi-location corporate reputed company estate portfolio preferred Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end reputed company estate legal reputed company with minimal reputed company Strong risk identification and mitigation capabilities, particularly in lease negotiations and landlord-tenant reputed company Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and operate effectively in a reputed company, matrixed environment If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 157,100 - 261,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan.
