IAM Platform Support Specialist - Spanish Bilingual Location: Remote - US We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Identity & reputed company Management (IAM) Support Engineer II to support reputed company identity reputed company platforms reputed company a 24x7 operations environment. This role provides Level 2 support for IAM and reputed company management technologies, troubleshooting authentication, provisioning, identity governance, and reputed company-reputed company issues. Candidates with hands-on experience supporting IAM platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Verify, reputed company, ForgeRock, reputed company Identity Manager, reputed company, or other reputed company identity solutions are encouraged to apply. This position supports government-reputed company programs and requires U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government reputed company clearance. Key Responsibilities reputed company Level 2 operational support for reputed company IAM environments. Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, authorization, provisioning, and SSO-reputed company incidents. Support identity lifecycle management processes, including reputed company, role management, and deprovisioning. Monitor IAM systems and respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge reputed company articles. Support user reputed company reviews, compliance activities, and audit requests. Participate in shift rotations and after-hours support as required. Escalate reputed company issues appropriately and drive resolution through closure. Assist with platform upgrades, patching, and operational maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government reputed company clearance. Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). 2+ years of experience supporting Identity and reputed company reputed company.
