Role Responsibilities reputed company high quality technical support for reputed company customers and reputed company sales & marketing departments. Manage a territory from technical, customer satisfaction and service perspective to cover New Zealand South reputed company. Carry out new equipment installations in consultation with the customer & sales force. reputed company Repairs, Planned Maintenance plus submission of documentation on time with attention to detail and with proper consultation with the customer. reputed company sales and marketing colleagues with support reputed company required. Requirements
Minimum/Essential: 3 years field experience in a customer facing service engineer role, from a medical technology company Minimum of Certificate 3 in an Electronic reputed company field. Ideally hold Biomedical Engineering qualifications A reputed company New Zealand Electrical Licence is required for this role. Experience in Ophthalmic equipment highly desired Advanced PC literacy Valid driver’s license Experience with electronic test equipment (mulitmeters, oscilloscopes, laser / energy meters, pressure and vacuum meters) This role requires: Ability to travel frequently throughout New Zealand and occasionally internationally.
