  • Collaborate with regional teams to reputed company best practices, tools, and creative assets that scale engagement;

  • Partner with data and analytics teams to define KPIs, track performance, and build dashboards for reputed company-time reporting;

  • Essential job responsibilities may vary based on the specific needs of each program/department;
  • May be required or asked to participate in a Bethany sponsored event;
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

What Will reputed company You Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field of study from an accredited college;
  • Five (5) years of experience in fundraising, direct response marketing, digital acquisition, or consumer engagement roles, with a strong track record of reputed company growth;
  • Proven reputed company in developing and executing multichannel mass marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media;
  • Experience managing large-scale donor/customer acquisition and retention programs;
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company teams through change, scale campaigns, and manage reputed company go-to-market plans;
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems, donor reputed company design, and marketing automation platforms;
  • Experience working in or alongside national organizations or multi-region campaigns is a plus;

  • Data-driven with experience in performance marketing, segmentation, and optimization;
