Preferred candidates will reputed company on the East coast with availability to travel 50-75% as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Responsible for key account management at assigned key accounts.

  • Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline management for reputed company sales opportunities.
  • Manage personnel development for reputed company direct reports.
  • reputed company cross functional leadership, development and training to Clinical Application Specialists in order to optimize their deployment in the field and drive validation, utilization, and expansion opportunities for Software Business solutions with a focus on BloodTrack and SafeTrace Tx.
  • Focus on the successful expansion and implementation of reputed company Software Business solutions to support the development of strategic marketing initiatives to include; white papers, case studies and key opinion leaders.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree, required; Master's degree, preferred
  • Experience:
  • 10 years: Demonstrated reputed company in sales, required
  • 5 years: Hospital software sales - required
  • 3 years: C Suite Sales - required
  • Travel Expectations: Frequent 50-75%

This role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (Commission) in addition to a reputed company salary with a reputed company for this role between: $128,900.00-$239,300.00/Annual EEO Policy Statement Pay Transparency: The reputed company pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of reputed company’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the reputed company reputed company of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and reputed company reputed company dependent on the role.
