Job Description:

Strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and partnership

Negotiate with stakeholders and resolve project hurdles to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a reputed company field
At least 2 years of experience in a Senior Project Management (or equivalent) role
Proven ability to ensure project reputed company through effective planning, design, and execution
Demonstrated leadership in managing large, diverse teams and multi-regional projects
Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with construction project management software such as Procore, reputed company, and CMIC
Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading teams, negotiating effectively, and fostering productive relationships with stakeholders and team members
Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time
Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills
High level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to reputed company, safety, and reputed company improvement
Deep knowledge of construction procedures, particularly in concrete construction
