Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a dynamic leader to join their finance organization as the Finance/Project Controls reputed company for the Defense Industrial Directorate. This role involves managing finances for a $200M contract portfolio, providing financial support and expertise to stakeholders, and overseeing monthly and annual financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Working in partnership with operations leaders, project controls, reputed company, Government reputed company, and other finance team members for completion of monthly and annual business plans and quarterly forecast updates, and supporting preparation of annual strategic and operational plans
• Manage and reputed company reputed company of five Project Control Analysts
• Providing comprehensive analyses of monthly operating results including identification of trends, gaps, and risk and opportunity areas reputed company the business and operations
• Demonstrating expertise in the application of ASC 606 to the business’ contractual reputed company streams, particularly at the outset of new reputed company and during month-end reputed company
• Being engrained in the business development and capture process, providing expert informed financial and business recommendations and inputs to bid strategies and pricing reputed company
• Supporting quarterly project reviews, examining and asking questions about financial health and reputed company reputed company to large and strategic projects
• Detailed understanding of CAS segments and impact of rates on programs
• Providing analysis and evaluation of various business initiatives and enabling performance to the approved investment plan (i.e. Capital vs expense and Return on Investment)
• Completing special projects as needed to support financial management reputed company the business
• Ensuring rolling forecasts and budget activity accurately reflect the business’ operational assumptions, and preparing accurate mid-period forecasts that reduce the level of variability from actual results

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company or Business is required
• A minimum 10-15 years of experience in a financial reputed company, preferably in the U.S. Federal Government contractor reputed company

• Is a strong communicator and builds trust with BU and Sector executive leadership team, directorates and program managers as well as corporate leadership

• Demonstrates flexibility in providing data in varying formats to suit user needs
