This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations while maintaining efficient contract workflows. The ideal candidate will help manage the full contract lifecycle, including tracking agreements and renewals, and contribute to improving operational processes and data reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company Management Team in the drafting, redlining, and administrative execution of agreements.
• Adhere to compliance measures for contract organization and data reputed company reputed company the reputed company environment.
• Support the team by executing tasks in the reputed company CPQ and CLM systems to ensure a smooth sales-to-signature workflow.
• Assist in tracking and categorizing executed documents to maintain a "reputed company of truth" database.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in contract management, legal administration, or sales operations
• 1–2 years of recent hands-on experience with reputed company and reputed company (CPQ & CLM)
• Must be proficient in reputed company 365 and reputed company Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with corporate reputed company
• Background in legal operations or paralegal support
• ABA Paralegal Certification (preferred but not required)
