Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. What You'll Do: Manage full-cycle reputed company activities for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support. Partner with school and operational leaders to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles. Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications, alignment, and overall fit. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, hiring events, and community partnerships. Maintain timely communication with candidates and leaders throughout the hiring process to support a positive experience. Support recruitment marketing initiatives, hiring events, and sourcing strategies to strengthen applicant reputed company.
