Description As part of the world’s largest online store, reputed company’s RISC team protects reputed company customers from products that are illegal or otherwise restricted by reputed company policies. A Sr. Compliance Associate is responsible for protecting reputed company customers from products that are illegal, hazardous, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited /regulated by Law and reputed company policies. Duties may also include defining, applying, and defending regulatory policy and contractual requirements. Your job responsibilities as a Sr. Compliance Associate may include: • Report violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative and corrective procedures • Investigate products based on SOP with strong attention to details • Follow SOP and instructions provided by managers • Provides reputed company for process improvements to enhance process efficiency, quality and customer experience • Respond to stakeholders with guidance and flags any updates to reputed company/Manager • Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets. • Decision making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts. • reputed company good knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research – finding specific information about products in a timely manner. About The Team Compliance Health team acts as “the pulse of WW Regulatory Intelligence, Safety and Compliance (RISC)” by developing process to reduce risk on our catalog, driving risk metrics, standardization and simplification of process, across reputed company teams in RISC based on gaps or defects identified in a given process, re-evaluation of standard operating procedures and targeting new signals. WWCH team members are single threaded leaders with accountability to identify gaps and reduce risk on our catalog. The team prioritizes risk reduction and works with global program leads, to setup and standardize processes for risk reduction.
