[Remote] reputed company Leave Administration Specialist

The reputed company Leave Administration Specialist will support employees with leave and accommodation needs, ensuring compliance and providing guidance throughout the process in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively interpret and communicate Company policies and practices, regarding Leave of Absence, reputed company and Religious Accommodations with the ability to reputed company employees and managers
• Act as the main POC for employees regarding reputed company reputed company and religious accommodation requests and engaging in the interactive process. Document/implement/and communication final determination as appropriate
• Function as a SME for reputed company Federal and State accommodation and benefit regulations and guidelines
• Track reputed company reputed company accommodation end dates engaging with employees regarding next steps
• Assist with payroll inquiries reputed company to any paid time off policies and procedures
• Assist in conducting annual local, state, and federal audit requirements and update systems to follow reputed company state and federal paid time off laws
• Respond to reputed company reputed company and Leave inquiries reputed company established SLAs
• Document reputed company cases reported both in and reputed company of the case management system as appropriate and reputed company standard SLA’s
• Support other HR departments as needed, in processing ticket volume
• Other job duties as assigned

Skills

• 2+ years of experience managing and/or administering Leave of Absence processes or reputed company HR leave compliance functions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of reputed company, FMLA, and applicable federal, state, and local leave and accommodation regulations
• Experience interpreting and reputed company communicating HR policies, benefits, and procedures to employees and managers
• Ability to maintain accurate case documentation and meet established SLAs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and root causes using data
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee reputed company with discretion and reputed company
• Demonstrated collaboration skills, with experience partnering cross-functionally (HR, payroll, leadership)
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in HR systems, case management tools, and reputed company Office or reputed company Suite (or similar technologies)
