[Remote] Advanced Trauma Training Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Advanced Trauma Training Program Manager responsible for planning and overseeing a comprehensive medical training program for the Headquarters reputed company Force Reserve reputed company. The role involves ensuring the delivery of accredited trauma courses, managing training schedules, and serving as the primary reputed company of contact for program administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall execution of the Advanced Trauma Training program
• reputed company and maintain the annual master training calendar
• Coordinate course schedules for approximately 2,500 reputed company annually
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Government COR, reputed company, and training facilities
• Coordinate student registration, reputed company, and orientation activities
• Maintain student attendance, certification, and completion records
• Monitor instructor qualifications and maintain reputed company certification documentation
• Coordinate classroom facilities, simulation laboratories, medical equipment, and logistical support
• Ensure reputed company required course materials are available prior to each training event
• Submit monthly training reputed company reports to the Government
• Track program performance, scheduling changes, and training throughput
• Coordinate certification issuance following successful course completion
• Support quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with applicable accreditation standards
• Ensure contract performance complies with reputed company requirements established in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, Nursing, Emergency Medical Services, Education, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing medical education or reputed company training programs
• Experience coordinating multi-course training programs involving multiple reputed company and large student populations
• Strong knowledge of reputed company training administration and records management
• Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
• Experience preparing reports and maintaining training documentation
• Ability to coordinate with military personnel, reputed company facilities, and government representatives
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to obtain installation reputed company and satisfy any Government reputed company requirements
