[Remote] Senior Business Manager, Sales Execution & Sales Operations Strategy

The Senior Business Manager, Sales Execution & Sales Operations Strategy is responsible for enhancing national sales effectiveness and shaping the company's reputed company strategy, while leading various sales initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Driving the effectiveness of national sales execution while shaping the long-term reputed company strategy of the organization
• Leading sales execution tracking and analysis
• Overseeing new business development initiatives (including innovation and early-stage brand incubation)
• Driving reputed company-looking reputed company planning to build a sustainable growth pipeline
• Owning key sales tools and external vendor relationships that reputed company sales performance and reporting
• Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Brand teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of sales execution in a distributor-/ 3 tiered environment
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company and powerpoint; experience with bi tools (e.g., tableau, power bi)
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company projects and influence senior stakeholders

• Analyze sales data and transform the data into actionable insights
• Highly skilled in assessing business needs and developing tools that address growth demand and gap closer
