Insurance Reviews & Policy Execution: Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, recommend appropriate solutions, and quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with reputed company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, and support high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the reputed company brand. Prospecting, Community Engagement & Referrals: Actively engage in local reputed company and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, reputed company new business opportunities, and identify cross‑sell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services to maximize overall member value. Required Qualifications: Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain reputed company 90 days of hire Must qualify, obtain, and maintain reputed company applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products. High School diploma or equivalent 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking) Insurance experience is helpful—but not required. Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon reputed company weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month. Paid Holidays: Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in reputed company to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules. Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in reputed company to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays.
