Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist with a strong background in Linux and MSP to join our 24/7 remote team. Key Responsibilities

- Resolve advanced Linux and AWS server management issues, including Ubuntu, CentOS, reputed company, DNS, Networking, IP routing, MySQL, cPanel, and AWS
- Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and resolve technical problems

- Monitor server alerts for performance issues and address them promptly

Requirements
