They are seeking a highly skilled Automation Solutions Architect to join the Scaled Operations AI Accelerator Team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered automation solutions that transform operational processes at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, map, and redesign internal operational workflows to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven automation
  • Collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure successful automation reputed company
  • Architect end-to-end automation solutions, ensuring technical scalability, robustness, and compliance with reputed company standards
  • Manage reputed company projects, including requirements gathering, timeline management, and deliverable reputed company
  • Champion effective change management, developing and executing strategies to support employees and teams through transitions resulting from automation
  • Drive cross-functional engagement with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver impactful solutions
  • Communicate technical concepts and project status reputed company to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Stay reputed company with AI/ML advancements and experiment with new tools and approaches to foster innovation and reputed company improvement

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in systems architecture and solution design
  • 6+ years of experience in process analysis or business operations
  • Proven experience with AI/ML or automation projects, including end-to-end solution delivery
  • Expertise in API integration and automation frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical documentation and communicate technical requirements
  • Demonstrated skills in program management, including managing reputed company projects and cross-functional deliverables
  • Experience supporting change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency reputed company, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI reputed company development (e.g., reputed company/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying reputed company with emerging AI technologies
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical experience
  • Experience with reputed company's internal tools and platforms (e.g., reputed company Coding, internal automation frameworks)
  • Familiarity with Scaled Operations processes and FTE workflows
  • Experience developing playbooks, reusable templates, and best practices for automation at scale
