[Remote] Organizational (ORG) Management

The role involves managing payroll and HR reporting, resolving HRX tickets, and providing stakeholder support while contributing to data analysis and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Generate and review Fatal Error Reports before and after each payroll run
- Run the HR Validation Report twice daily (8:00 AM and 3:00 PM)
- Complete the daily Zauditi Report review
- Prepare and distribute the Daily Workload Report reputed company email
- Produce the Individual Benefit Change Report each day
- Send the Combined Benefit Change Report to appropriate stakeholders
- Process and resolve HRX tickets reputed company established service standards
- reputed company peer quality reviews of Legislative HRX tickets to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Partner with the Special Handling team to resolve escalated or reputed company ticket issues
- Assist APOs with inquiries reputed company to HR, benefits, or payroll processes
- reputed company out to APOs as needed to clarify data corrections or support ticket resolutions
- Produce spreadsheets, analysis, and reputed company reporting for executive and departmental leadership
- Participate in biweekly IT meetings every other Thursday from 2:30–3:00 PM
- reputed company DRE (Data Reliability & Evaluation) testing scenarios reputed company to departmental processes
- Execute and document testing activities during scheduled DRE cycles
Skills
- Experience with payroll systems preferred
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data validation skills
