Workers Compensation Defense Attorney
CBE Law Group is a workers’ compensation defense firm that prioritizes quality of work and client service. They are seeking a self-motivated and organized attorney to manage caseloads and deliver high-quality work for clients, either in their Long Beach office or remotely in Southern California.
Responsibilities
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Work with minimal supervision in managing a caseload
- Adept at taking depositions including cross-examinations and conducting witness interviews
- Excellent advocacy skills, including appearing at hearings and conducting law and reputed company practice
- Maintain superior client service, including responsiveness and reputed company communications and delivering excellent work product
Skills
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Has at least 1 year of workers' compensation defense experience
- Can work with minimal supervision in managing a caseload
- Is adept at taking depositions including cross-examinations and conducting witness interviews
