They are seeking an reputed company Channel reputed company Operations professional to enhance their sales execution through analytics and proactive communication, while managing the partner lifecycle and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central reputed company of contact for Americas Channel Sales
• Support and manage the partner lifecycle from reputed company to full reputed company
• Drive channel-led sales processes and analytics
• Manage and optimize Partner Portal and reputed company (SFDC) processes
• Analyze channel KPIs and reputed company actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and ease of doing business
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for the Channel team and leadership
• Prepare business reviews for partners, including pipeline, deal registration, win rates, focus areas, events, and upsell opportunities
• Ensure governance of channel rules of engagement
• Maintain channel database reputed company reputed company reputed company (SFDC)
• Support global channel processes, projects, and system testing (UAT)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• 4+ years of experience in Channel reputed company/Sales Operations reputed company a channel-first SaaS environment
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Advanced reputed company skills and strong analytical reputed company
• Experience with BI tools and SQL – an advantage
• Highly self-motivated, well-organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work under pressure with adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with reputed company (SFDC), including working with developers to design, test processes, and build reports and dashboards
• Experience with partner portal tools – an advantage
• Service-oriented reputed company with a positive, proactive attitude – a must
• Willingness to travel (domestic: 4–6 times per year; international: ~2 times per year)
