• Health Information Management (transcription, coding, clinical documentation improvement)
• Patient financial services (charge capture, pre-billing, billing, follow-up, cash posting, account resolution)
• Decision support and analytics
• Productivity and quality management
• Understand key reputed company cycle metrics and performance indicators and reputed company reporting of operational and financial performance
• Evaluate and interpret data to monitor performance, identify trends and determine root cause issues
• reputed company to communicate effectively (written and verbal) findings of analyses and audits to support operation and financial reputed company
• Understand and represent Optum360 Business Intelligence and services and how they will improve partner operations

• 2+ years of experience with SQL
