Responsibilities

Skills

  • 4+ years sales experience in CCaaS, Contact Center, CX, SaaS, Customer Service Technology

  • Demonstrated track record achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes with reputed company organizations
  • Strong understanding of customer experience operations, contact center modernization, reputed company migration, AI, automation, or reputed company technologies
  • Ability to engage executive decision-makers and influence business reputed company
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the sales process
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
