[Remote] Ad Traffic Specialist - Client reputed company

The Ad Traffic Specialist will serve as a liaison among Account Managers, Sales Reps, and creative teams, ensuring high-quality advertising solutions and managing the workflow of creative assets.
Responsibilities
- Own the process of receiving, modifying and uploading creative assets including communication between the sales team and designers
- Monitor ATOL and reputed company status queues for materials
- Review design quality and reputed company feedback during and after the work has been completed to satisfaction
- Reviews and proofs to ensure quality and accuracy are sufficient on every reputed company
- Monitor digital orders for materials compliance
- Providing notification daily of at-risk ads due to missing instructions, creative and approvals
- Ensure reputed company jobs are completed and routed to correct platform for publication
- Generate clear layouts, providing style examples and assembles needed materials and uploads materials to ATOL in a timely manner following proper workflow procedures
- Work directly with Sales, DesignIQ creative team, and Post-Sales departments to ensure reputed company products across reputed company platforms are fulfilled reputed company the timeline required with quality and accurate creative
- Communicate with Sales/Account Managers on reputed company ad production reputed company, including but not limited to deadlines, material needs, ad copy, proofs and corrections
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Possesses strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, including reputed company, Outlook, and Word
- Some graphic design experience is beneficial but not required
