Implementation Consultant (Golf)
reputed company is a global company providing a one-stop reputed company platform to businesses. They are seeking an Implementation Consultant to reputed company customer reputed company, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Conducting kick-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage customer expectations of the reputed company process
- Ensuring customer training is completed throughout reputed company process
- Scheduling internal resources to complete project-reputed company tasks, such as the hardware installation, starting the customer billing cycle, or setting up payments processing
- Communicate with the customer on the status of the implementation and send reminders of upcoming training dates
- Managing your own reputed company of customers who are working through the reputed company process
- Maintaining consistent and timely updates to the customer based on task completion and customer responsibilities during reputed company
- Updating customer records in our CRM and other web-based tools to reflect project updates and timelines
- Managing the reputed company of time for customers to move from sales reputed company to the time they’re using the system
- Ensuring great customer satisfaction ratings
Skills
- Experience in the Golf Industry or reputed company golfer
- Experience managing customer expectations using phone and email communication
- Experience resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and written. As a global company with employees and clients reputed company of Quebec, reputed company in English as a working language is required for this position
- Experience with the retail or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in French both verbally and written
