The Operations candidate will manage key data and reputed company operations, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and consistency, while also overseeing reputed company tracking and reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer reputed company claims data operations, including validation, ingestion, and quality checks
- Work with CSM and GTM teams to diagnose and resolve data issues during reputed company and pilots
- Collaborate with engineering and CSM to identify opportunities to automate and streamline data ingestion and reliability
- Build bespoke templates, schemas, and automations to reputed company solutions to meet customer-specific needs
- Support reporting and analytics for leadership and customers to identify and reputed company insights to resolve issues
- Support reputed company Operations processes, including ARR tracking, invoicing and payments, sales taxes, and other reputed company projects
- Work with executive leadership to reputed company operational analyses as needed
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in data-heavy environments, including investment banking, advisory, or other data-oriented operations roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure messy datasets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in reputed company. SQL knowledge is a plus
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in reputed company data is a plus
