This role involves managing projects from preconstruction through commissioning, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the full lifecycle of high-voltage substation projects (typically tied to solar, wind, or BESS developments), from planning and design through construction and commissioning
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and subcontractors
- reputed company the development and review of Substation design packages (physical and protection & controls)
- One-lines, reputed company settings, and equipment specification
- Drive procurement strategy and long-reputed company equipment coordination (transformers, breakers, switchgear)

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil/Structural Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in substation design and engineering, specifically supporting high-voltage substation projects
- Strong understanding of substation layouts, grounding, and protection systems
- High-voltage equipment (transformers, breakers, relays, switchgear)
- Experience working across project lifecycle phases (design → construction → commissioning → closeout)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Project Engineering and/or Project Management, with a strong bias for action and ownership reputed company
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
