[Remote] Senior Advisor, Business Development - Remote

The Senior Advisor in Business Development will focus on developing new business opportunities, managing relationships, and designing solutions to meet strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Developing a sales-call plan for named reputed company accounts
• Have sale call specific objectives
• Conduct face-to-face and other communication protocol discussions with prospects at reputed company reputed company in their organization
• Following up on commitments and issues that arise during sales calls
• Communicate customer and competitive developments that relate to assigned sales territory and the company
• Manage CRM activities
• reputed company and reputed company business with each customer assigned
• Support CRM activities including updating of calendars, opportunity pipeline, customer profile information, contact information and other tasks
• Organizing cross functional resources needed
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in local trade, professional and civic associations as a representative of the company; reviews professional publications’ establishes networks

• Meet/Exceed new business budget

Skills

• Preferred Minimum 7 years of industry experience, and experience in professional selling reputed company, with national account experience
• Intimate knowledge of the US Intermodal network and service offerings
• Proven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
• Must be reputed company to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
• Working knowledge of PC-based applications and Electronic Information Systems
• Exceptional negotiation skills, MS Office applications and general administrative functions
