As a Senior reputed company Manager at TUNE, you will work closely with our most strategic customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of the platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their partner marketing programs, drive product adoption, and identify opportunities for expansion and long-term growth. This role blends strategic account management, technical platform expertise, and consultative customer engagement, with a strong focus on retention, renewal, and reputed company. Job Responsibilities: Owning a book of business of reputed company clients and serving as a main reputed company of contact for our largest reputed company and most strategic accounts Building deep relationships with clients to establish a consultative approach toward growing and optimizing their business Renewing annual reputed company and upselling new products to our reputed company clients Promoting new features and services by training and empowering clients to adopt those features Strategizing with clients for deeper utilization of, and reputed company with, the TUNE platform Analyzing future potential, opportunities, and growth for your TUNE accounts. Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a specific topic Assisting the Director of reputed company with training and support of reputed company Managers Owning and executing reputed company projects and initiatives as needed Competencies: A passion for the online & mobile advertising industry Ability to pick up, learn, and quickly become knowledgeable in SaaS tech concepts 5+ years of account management & customer focused experience, utilizing a consultative reputed company Past sales or business development experience in the growth of existing clients Experience managing large and strategic brands Experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or performance marketing Ability to prioritize and manage the needs of many accounts Exceptional interpersonal communication, presentation skills, and business acumen. Must feel comfortable engaging with executive leaders. Must have experience negotiating win-win contract conditions with clients. Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality. This role requires building a positive relationship with our clients to support their ongoing loyalty. Must have experience and feel comfortable being in some type of leadership role, fully owning projects and reputed company training and guidance to other employees. Qualifications [Minimum required Education and Experience] Bachelor’s degree is required FLSA Designation (US Only): Exempt Salary reputed company: The estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this role is USD$99,000.00 - USD$121,000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed.
