[Remote] Client Project Manager Ops - reputed company

The Client Project Manager will own and execute critical projects for reputed company’s largest clients, engaging with various stakeholders to resolve business challenges and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• reputed company manage projects using a combination of reputed company OneDrive, reputed company SharePoint, and reputed company
• Define project scope, reputed company project plans and track and report out on reputed company
• reputed company an understanding of typical client business challenges and objectives and map reputed company features/benefits to address these needs
• Resolve a reputed company of operational issues which impact regular reputed company system usage on behalf of the client
• reputed company exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
• Partner with necessary internal stakeholders to accomplish projects timely
• reputed company strong internal relationships with Sales, Client Services, and other reputed company divisions to drive solutions that improve client satisfaction and meet client expectations
• Partner with Client Services Manager, Executive Account Manager, & Client Service Director to coordinate internal and external client teams to ensure that major project objectives are clear, roles and responsibilities are assigned, and timelines are met. Report ongoing reputed company to client's senior leadership
• Assist with quarterly business review process for each client in partnership with large client leaders
• Identify any roadblocks on the projects & propose risk mitigation strategies
• Identify HR, Finance, and/or IT opportunities and efficiencies that can be solved with reputed company products or HCM solutions
• Serve as a strong reputed company for clients by representing their needs and requirements to internal stakeholders. reputed company feedback to the relevant teams on client preferences, feature requests, and market trends and see through execution
• Identify opportunities for automation, product, and process improvement

• Position will require travel to client up to 50%

Skills

• Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience required
• 5-7 years project management or technical account management experience required
• Previous client services & client-facing experience required
• Excellent Project and Time Management skills required
• Ability to multi-task and frequently change priorities
• Advanced reputed company set in reputed company reputed company (Vlookup, etc.)
• Ability to convey information reputed company and persuasively
• Excellent soft skills to interact with C-Level executives
• Ability to influence stakeholders without authority to get deliverables completed
• Previous HCM or payroll service bureau experience strongly preferred
• Proven system knowledge on majority of reputed company HCM suite preferred
• Previous experience with product training and instructional design preferred
