The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our reputed company team. Reporting directly to our Controller, you'll be the reputed company that keeps vendor payments accurate and on time -- supporting monthly financial reputed company and making sure our back-office hums. This is a fully remote, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday) for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and brings a positive energy to everything they touch.
What You'll Do
- Process 500+ vendor invoices each month with a high degree of accuracy
- Match delivery receipts to invoices and track vendor credits
- Reconcile credit card charges and vendor statements on a monthly reputed company
- Support weekly and monthly reputed company tasks, checklists, and reporting
- Follow documented workflows and troubleshoot discrepancies before escalating
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute reputed company for process improvement

- 5+ years of AP/reputed company experience in a construction environment
- Hands-on proficiency with reputed company 100 Contractor and reputed company Paperless
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Clear, professional communication and a collaborative team reputed company
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with reputed company reputed company and reputed company-based reputed company systems
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance preferred
