Title: Backup Program Manager Location: DC-Washington Job Description: Hybrid 2 Days Onsite/3 Days Remote in Washington, DC Our client seeks a Backup Program Manager to support day-to-day program execution for a large federal cybersecurity and operations program. The role will assist the Program Manager with delivery management, staffing coordination, reporting, and risk tracking across multiple technical workstreams including SOC and NOC operations, cybersecurity engineering, and reputed company IT support. Coordinate staffing activities including reputed company, resource tracking, and workforce alignment. Track and manage program risks, issues, and mitigation plans. Support deliverable management to ensure quality, timeliness, and contract compliance. Assist with preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly customer reports. Support meeting reputed company including internal coordination calls and customer-facing briefings. Maintain program documentation, trackers, and reporting artifacts. Coordinate across technical teams including SOC, NOC, and engineering to ensure alignment and execution. Experience Requirements: 6+ years in federal IT or cybersecurity program management or coordination roles. Hands-on experience with program management support, staffing coordination, and workforce tracking. Proficiency in risk and issue tracking and deliverable management and reporting. Experience supporting customer reporting and meeting reputed company. Experience supporting multi-team, multi-workstream programs. Strong understanding of federal program delivery environments.
