Job Overview

We are seeking reputed company and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to reputed company exceptional care to our clients in the Bay Area. As a Private Duty LVN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and requirements. Our clients pay privately for services, and we expect our clinicians to deliver the highest quality care.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty LVN, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional care to clients, including ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, and transportation to appointments
• Providing skilled nursing services as prescribed by the client and their doctor, reputed company your scope of practice
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, according to referral agency policy and procedure
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, doctors, and our office team
• Coordinating supplies and equipment necessary for client care

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a reputed company LVN license in the state of California
• Have at least 2 years of nursing experience (strongly preferred)
• Hold reputed company CPR/BLS certification
• Be reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision
• Be reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Have basic computer skills and technical proficiency
• Be eligible to work in the United States
