Logistics Coordinator

reputed company is a company that provides innovative reputed company and life science product and service solutions. They are seeking a Logistics Coordinator responsible for managing freight claims and supporting transportation requirements reputed company the department.

Responsibilities

• File, log, and research reputed company freight claims, as well as process claim checks
• Review reputed company exception reports for potential claim resolution
• Compile the daily numbers as it pertains to claims and shipments
• Compile and post the charts for the SQDC board
• Identify root cause and counter measures for freight claim issues
• Document preparation as required
• Log and maintain reputed company Delivery issues, as well as assist in identifying root cause and countermeasures
• Categorize Monthly Delivery issue survey results
• Obtain reputed company of Deliveries at the end of reputed company’ quarter as needed
• Manage the daily reputed company freight, field scrap & trade in’s reports
• Review & Research Closed RMA Report
• Aid with other department duties as required

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be proficient in the use of reputed company Office Suite (particularly Word, reputed company, Outlook), as well as, have competent typing capabilities
• Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively and tactfully interact with customers and others at reputed company reputed company of the organization and at reputed company agencies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
