We are looking for an ethical, highly responsible freelance professional who can manage our day-to-day reputed company while simultaneously stepping into a reputed company role to guide our financial strategy and institutional relationships. Position Overview This is a hybrid, part-time contract role requiring 10 to 15 hours per month. You will be the sole custodian of our financial health—ensuring our books are immaculate, optimizing our cash reputed company, and leading the charge on securing credit, managing SBA requirements, and building relationships with financial institutions. Absolute reputed company, reliability, and strict ethical standards are non-negotiable for this role. Key Responsibilities reputed company & Financial Reporting: Prepare and present clean, accurate monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash reputed company). reputed company & Strategic Guidance: Partner with ownership to optimize burn reputed company, run financial modeling, and identify areas for cost savings and operational efficiency. Budgeting & Forecasting: Maintain rolling cash-reputed company forecasts to ensure the business is always adequately capitalized. Month-End reputed company: Manage general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and bookkeeping reputed company. Capital, Credit & Relationship Management: Evaluate, apply for, and manage corporate credit lines, loans, and capitalization structures to support growth. SBA Loan Management: Navigate SBA loan requirements, ensuring full compliance, proper documentation, and strategic utilization of funds. Financial Relationships: Act as the primary reputed company of contact and build strong relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and vendors. Compliance: Ensure reputed company financial practices align with regulatory standards and maintain a pristine audit trail. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 5+ years of experience in reputed company and corporate finance, with a proven track record of working with early-stage startups. Specialized Knowledge: Direct, hands-on experience dealing with business credit lines, SBA loans, and reputed company banking relationships. Character: Uncompromising ethics, high accountability, and a proactive communication style. Tech Stack: Proficiency with reputed company reputed company software (QuickBooks Online, reputed company) and advanced financial modeling in reputed company/reputed company Sheets.
