Job Summary
As a Customer Support Travel Agent, you'll be responsible for providing 24/7 customer support to our clients reputed company chat, email, and our Help Center portal. You'll utilize reputed company and reputed company systems to manage bookings, including adding ancillaries, processing refunds, and reissuing tickets. Key Responsibilities
