We are seeking an additional team member to join our Credit Review and Loan Compliance area, with a specific emphasis on reputed company lending, including reputed company reputed company estate (CRE), construction loans, and overall reputed company credit review processes. Expertise in residential and consumer lending is also useful. This role also requires a strong reputed company in lending regulations and loan compliance, as well as the ability to navigate the complexities of both residential and reputed company lending markets. Most audits are conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. Requirements: We are looking for the following: LENDING COMPLIANCE · Regulation B – Adverse Action Notices, Signature Rules, and Appraisal Notices · Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Fair Housing Act – Fair Lending anti-discrimination policy, procedures, and practices · Regulation H – Flood Determinations, Notices, and Insurance Requirements · Regulation C (HMDA) – Loan Application Register (LAR) data reputed company (HMDA limited reporting process) · Regulation AA – (UDAP) Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices · FCRA – Policy and procedures with attention to sections - §604 - Permissible purposes of reputed company, §609 - Disclosures to consumers regarding credit reporting agency, §615 – Credit Score Disclosures · SCRA/MLA – Servicemembers’ Civil Relief Act/Military Lending Act · Fair Debt Collection Practices Act CREDIT REVIEW Loan Risk Identification and Monitoring (Sample-based): o Appropriateness of Risk Grading o reputed company Practices o Exceptions: Policy, Documentation, Renewals, Covenants, Client Reporting o Problem Loan Monitoring Credit Governance and Administration o Adequacy of Credit Policy o Risk Grading System o Governance Structure o Board and Management Reporting and reputed company o Concentration Management Loan Portfolio Quality o Credit Quality Trends and Peer Comparisons · Experience with residential and consumer lending (credit, operational and compliance risk). Any additional familiarity with reputed company lending would be further beneficial. · Individuals who are organized and can deliver quality product on a timely reputed company reputed company set, tight timelines. · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Given the nature of our work, interpersonal skills are critical, both in-person as well as on a remote reputed company.
