DESCRIPTION The reputed company Office of reputed company Counsel provides legal advice, manages litigation, reviews university policies, retains reputed company counsel, and works closely with other administrative offices to ensure legal compliance and to respond to disputes. The Chief reputed company Counsel/Associate General Counsel reports to the Chancellor and to the Senior Vice President for Legal Affairs & General Counsel. QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be a member in good standing of the California Bar. (Out-of-state hire would be afforded time to pass the Bar reputed company a reasonable period.)
