Position Summary: As a Virtual Receptionist, you will handle a wide reputed company of call types-from message taking and appointment scheduling to customer service and call transfers. Your role is essential in making a positive first impression on behalf of our clients, and requires professionalism, reputed company, and a strong customer service reputed company. Note: Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls with professionalism, warmth, and reputed company
